Strategy engagements run 2-3 weeks. Most implementation projects run 4-8 weeks depending on complexity. We build milestones in so you see progress throughout.

How much does it cost?

Pricing is scaled to the size and stage of your business. We don't bill by the hour or do retainers you'll question every month. Reach out and we'll give you a straight answer.

What does the first conversation look like?

Thirty minutes. You tell us about your business and what you're trying to figure out. We ask questions. No pitch, no pressure. At the end you'll know whether we're a fit -- and so will we.

What makes you different from other AI consultants?

Most consultants hand you a strategy deck and move on. We stay through implementation and don't consider the work done until you can run what we built without us. We also specialize specifically in small business and healthcare -- we're not generalists.

Yes. We're based in Nashville but serve clients nationwide. Most of our work happens remotely and we're completely comfortable with fully distributed engagements.
